The laboratory at the mill analyzes the grain and the produce. A quality certificate accompanies each lot of flour.

The laboratory is equipped with the following:

  • Promilograf “T-2” for measuring the a-Amylase activity of the grain and the flour
  • Laboratory mill – Promilograf “M-3”
  • Decrease rate monitoring device
  • Analytical scales Sartorius
  • Moisture meter Sartorius
  • Muffle furnace for measuring ash in the flour
  • Nutrition meter
  • Moisture meter “HOH-Express H-60”

A team of highly qualified laboratory assistants does the analysis.
